Absolutely fantastic experience at this sushi spot! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented--every dish felt like a work of art. But what really stood out was the exceptional service. Jorge, our waiter, was attentive, friendly, and made the evening so enjoyable. He had great recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely a place worth visiting again!

Loved this place. It gets pretty busy but my boyfriend and I quickly realized why. Their service was great, the food was amazing. The presentation and selection on the menu made it hard to pick. Overall so good, we will return again. The only roll we didn't like was the salmon skin roll, the texture and flavor were not as expected. My boyfriend said it tasted like sawdust. Just FYI. Everything else was great.

I haven't been here in a while and I love the place, but the prices have sky rocketed. I'm. Sad because I really like the place but cannot justify coming here on a regular basis. There is only one roll here that I can't get anywhere else, but $20 for a crunchy roll....... RIP Banbu.

Their rolls and nigiri are always fresh and served in generous portions. A personal favorite of mine is the Mt. Fuji roll, which continues to impress year after year. It's conveniently located just a short drive from downtown and near the South Bay neighborhoods, making it easily accessible. HYPES: the ambiance is soooo great! you feel like you're in a fine dining restaurant here. the service was also impeccable! i loved how our server checked on us, let us know when our food would be arriving, also explained delays to us, etc. i got the protein roll. i didnt expect it to be wrapped in cucumber, but it was a nice touch! i got pretty full after eating just one roll! it tasted fresh and easily devourable! GRIPES: my husband said he would've appreciated to know about the kitchen delay before we ordered, but i told him i was okay with the timing. considering i had my heart set on sushi that night and because our sushi was so good! also, heads up, spring water is $8!! i think it could be a tad cheaper...it IS water! :)

Amazing amazing! Last year we celebrated my sister's birthday here . Everything from cocktails to entrées were absolutely good. During the Christmas holiday my brother came in from the East Coast and we decided to have dinner at this restaurant. All entrées we ordered were absolutely delicious. I cannot wait to return & have some more delicious sushi . Nothing we ordered was disappointing. Everything was absolutely amazing.
